Jay took his time to sit down with us and get to know my now fiancée's vision for the perfect ring - a tough thing for her to do as she was overwhelmed with the so many selections out there. Jay then was able to narrow down what she had wanted on his computer and had us come back to look at some curatedloose diamonds. Within two weeks, we both left very happy with the perfect engagement ring!
